Information we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, brand name, product interest and project requirements. We also use limited technical information needed to secure the website, prevent spam and deliver the service.

Google Analytics

With your permission, Metro uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and whether important actions, such as project enquiries, are completed. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless you select “Accept all.” You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice at any time.

Google may process device, browser, interaction and approximate location information according to its own privacy terms. Metro does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text to Google Analytics.

How information is used and shared

We use enquiry information to reply, prepare quotations, develop products, maintain records and protect the website. Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting and security, enquiry email delivery and consented analytics. We do not sell customer enquiry information.

Retention and international processing

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the project, legal, security and business record purposes. Because Metro serves brands internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate service and security controls.
