Develop the sample
Pattern, cutting, sewing, wash and decoration come together in a physical sample for your fit and finish approval.
Approve the standard
Your comments are translated into revisions. Once approved, measurements, colors and workmanship become the production standard.
Produce and inspect
Bulk production follows the approved standard with in-line inspection, measurement checks and final quality control.
Pack and deliver
Finished garments receive labels, hangtags and packaging before final count, carton preparation and global shipping.
